ER70S-6 0.9mm Mild Steel MIG Wire 5kg
ER70S-6 Mild Steel MIG Wire is a high quality, copper-coated, triple de-oxidised solid MIG welding wire precision layer wound plastic spools. The wire contains higher levels of manganese and silicon than most standard grades of MIG wire to produce high-quality welds. The high silicon content increases the fluidity of the weld pool creating a smoother bead appearance and resulting in minimal post-weld grinding. The wire is engineered to provide porosity-free, x-ray quality welds with high tensile strength. ER70S-6 Solid MIG Wire requires a shielding gas such as CO² or Argon/CO² mixes.

5356 Aluminium TIG Welding Rods 2.4mm 1kg
UNIMIG 5356 Aluminium TIG Welding Rods are a triple shaved TIG wire for the purpose of welding cats and wrought aluminium and specifically the 3000, 5000 & 6000 series. 5356 is sometimes referred to as “marine grade” because it is widely used in the marine industry and it’s very commonly found in general fabrication applications as well. The major element in 5356 wire is 5% magnesium. The wire has excellent weldability and corrosion resistance. The wire is packaged in 1kg & 5kg tubes.
Approvals:
316L Stainless TIG Welding Rods 1.6mm 1kg
UNIMIG 316L Stainless TIG Welding Rods are a high-quality low carbon TIG wire used for TIG welding 316 and 316L stainless steel alloys. UNIMIG 316L is also suitable for welding other 300 grade stainless steels such as 302 and 304 grades. This particular rod can also be used for gas (oxy/acetylene) welding and is available in 1kg & 5kg tubes.

Full Feature Walkthrough
Check out all of the features available on the RAZOR MULTI 230 AC/DC in our comprehensive feature walkthrough video.
AC/DC High Frequency TIG
TIG weld aluminium without issues with AC. High-Frequency TIG (H/F TIG) gives you more control when starting or stopping the arc and reduces the risk of contaminating the tungsten or the weld. The RAZOR MULTI 230 AC/DC can also Pulse TIG in both AC & DC.
DUAL PLUG COMPATIBILITY (10A & 15A)
Connect to any 10A or 15A outlet for even greater versatility. The machine comes plugged with a 15A plug, so to connect to a 10A outlet simply attach the supplied conversion lead to your machine and change your output mode on the machine. In 10A mode the output is limited to 200A, and the duty cycle is limited to 10% at 200A.
Power Factor Correction (PFC)
PFC gives you maximum electrical efficiency and automatically compensates for any voltage fluctuation.
MIG Smart-Set
Setting up for a weld has never been easier, just set your wire, gas, joint type and material thickness and you’re ready to weld!
Complete MIG Weld Cycle Control
Get complete control over your MIG welds with a full set of adjustable parameters. It comes with the standard settings like as pre- and post-gas flow, arc ignition speed, and burnback. Plus it also includes more advanced features, like Arc Start and Crater Fill, for full control over the beginning and end of your welds.
Geared Wire Drive
This machine features a geared roller drive unit, providing consistent and smooth wire feed, and it helps when using longer MIG torches.
TIG Smart-Set
The easiest way to set up for a TIG weld, simply set your filler material, joint type and material thickness and you’re good to go!
Mix AC/DC
Mixed AC/DC welding is the combination of TIG AC and TIG DC- in one weld. Mixed AC/DC gives you faster welding speeds, better penetration, a faster weld puddle on cold workpieces, and you can weld on thicker materials.
Heat Control Trigger (HCT) Mode
When using the Heat Control Trigger Mode lets you set a base current, which you can switch to at any time during a weld by pressing the trigger button. Heat Control Trigger Mode is great for manual heat input control as you go.
PULSE MMA (STICK)
Pulse MMA (STICK) welding helps reduce spatter, improves heat control and allows for an easier removal of slag. It also improves the speed and efficiency of vertical up welds by eliminating the use of the “Christmas Tree” technique, while still maintaining root fusion.
